NFL.com's Gregg Rosenthal ranks Jags as NFL's #1 defensive line

The NFL kicks off 106 days from today in Philadelphia. Which means this is the season for rankings and debates. The Jaguars are getting some respect from NFL.com's Greg Rosenthal - he has them listed as the #1 defensive line in the NFL. Led by defensive player of the year Calais Campbell, Rosenthal says the Jags are simply bigger, better, and have more depth than anyone in the league - the depth part even being added to by selecting Florida DT Taven Bryan in the 1st round of this years draft.

Jaguars AFC South division rival the Houston Texans were ranked #6 on the list led by a hopeful return by a healthy JJ Watt and former #1 overall pick Jadeveon Clowney. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers came in at #8 on the list, having added Jason Pierre-Paul and Vinny Curry over the off-season.
