Bulls Beat UCF, Advance In NIT

The USF Bulls (25-7) defeated the UCF Knights (17-16) 83-77 on Tuesday night to advance to the second round of the NIT. With the win, the Bulls set a new school record with wins in a season at 25.

Selton Miguel led the way with 19 points off the bench for USF - he was one of four Bulls to score in double figures. Overall the Bulls shot 50% from the field and 54.2% from three-point range to pull away with a late win in this revamped War on I-4.

The Bulls second round opponent in the NIT will be either Villanova or VCU.
